There are accounts that say the sun bear is the most ferocious bear pound to pound yet, I believe it depends on the situation.
There is also an account which says a sloth bear being less aboreal than the sun bear would 'retreat' less often.
Therefore, I am waiting for others opinions on this one.
I believe its aggression is a little hype but when conered can be a powerful adversary.
