im not sure what species is at the back (looks like a golden but the beak isa big big) notice the huge size ddiference... it is the world's biggest eagle, only recently recognized in the 2010 Gusiness Book of Records...some scientist in the past claimed the Phillipine eagle is the biggest, while some said it is the harp, but all were wrong

although the largest of the eagles, its feet, like all fish eagles, r comparatively weak Those talons look sharp . However, you are right, booted eagles and jungle dwelling eagles have stronger feet and talons pound to pound compared to fish eagles.

im not sure what species is at the back (looks like a golden but the beak isa big big) notice the huge size ddiference... it is the world's biggest eagle, only recently recognized in the 2010 Gusiness Book of Records...some scientist in the past claimed the Phillipine eagle is the biggest, while some said it is the harp, but all were wrong I think it all depends on how you appreciate the meaning of " Largest or Biggest" as there are no consensus of which parameters is to be use in determining the largest eagle in the world. Actually there are 3 considered Largest eagles in the world the Harpy eagle, Philippine eagle and Steller's sea eagle (in NO particular order) as they varies in other measurements, such as Length, height, weight and wing span because these eagles have evolved from different parts of the world and adapted the way they are now. Stellers sea eagle live in a cold harsh weather environment which need to build fat in order to survive the cold weather It's the HEAVIEST eagle in the world averaging 15-20 lb there was a recorded wild female who gorge itself with salmon and it weighs 28 lb But the Steller's sea eagle lag behind in other measurements to Harpy and Philippine eagles like in length and height although It also has the largest beak comparable to the Philippine eagles beak and has one of the longest wing span due to it's nature a Soaring eagle unlike the Forest eagles such as H arpy, Philippine and Crowned eagles they have short wingspan for their size but has broad wings with rounded edges and a long tail an adaptation for speed and great maneuverability when flying and hunting in deep thick forests.
